Evaluation access
The Syglum evaluation costs $2,000 and runs for 60 days. It includes full product access for the customer’s firm and is invoiced on Net 30 terms.
Syglum is the trade name of a sole proprietorship; the legal proprietor and contracting seller are identified on the Evaluation Order and invoice.
A standard 60-day evaluation includes up to 10 named users. If your evaluation team needs more, contact us.
After the 60-day evaluation, access continues at $2,000 per month on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled, invoiced on Net 30 terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.
Permitted use and confidentiality
Syglum provides public-source intelligence only. Customers must not submit client-confidential material or other information they are not authorized to provide.
Syglum will keep the customer’s watchlists and account data confidential and will use them only to provide and support the service.
Termination and liability
Either party may terminate the evaluation. Syglum will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused full weeks remaining in the evaluation period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syglum’s total liability arising from the evaluation is limited to the fees paid for the evaluation. Syglum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
Governing law
These evaluation terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the evaluation.
